Salvation

Born again and saved, these words both have the same meaning which is salvation.
The fall of Adam separated man from God which led to man's spiritual death.
"Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world and death by sin: and so death passed upon all men for that all have sinned." Romans 5:12

"The wages of sin is death."Romans 6:23

"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23
Nicodemus was told by Jesus, "Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." John 3:3

"For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16

"I Am the way the truth and the Life: no man cometh to the Father, but by me." John 14:16

To be save or born again you must receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. The Bible says, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." Romans 10:9

The Baptism of the Holy Ghost

The Baptism of the Holy Ghost is an experience that occurs only after one is born again. The Holy Spirit is given for guidance, comfort, and power. According to John 16:7, the Bible says, "Nevertheless I tell you the truth: it is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you." Also, John 16:13 states, "Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, He will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and He will shew you things to come."

Acts 1:8 tells us about the power we shall receive, "But ye shall receive power after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you."

Mark 16:17 says, "And these signs shall follow them that believe; in my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues."

Acts 2:4, "And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the spirit gave them utterance."

Water Baptism

Mark 1:9-10, We baptize by full immersion in water.

Mark 16:16, Jesus was baptized by John in the Jordan and straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him.

Acts 2:38, He that believeth and is baptized shall be save, but he that believeth not shall be damned.

Matthew 28:19, Then Peter said unto them repent, and be baptized every one of you.

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the father, and of the Son, and the Holy Ghost.

Know that when we are baptized, we are baptized into Jesus Christ's death. Therefore, we are buried with him by baptism into death, that like Christ being raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too shall walk in the newness of life,(Romans 6:3-4).

Giving

1 Chronicles 16:29, We bring our tithes and offering as a form of worship.
Give unto the Lord the glory due his name; bring an offering and come before him: worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.

Malachi 3:10,Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

Luke 6:38, Give and it shall be given unto you: good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom.

2 Corinthians 9:7, Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give: not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.
